My first real app project, built to recognize and reward employees who go the second mile.
The Problem
Our leadership team talked often about going the second mile, but there was not a simple system for turning those moments into visible recognition and meaningful rewards.
The Outcome
Gave the team a clearer way to celebrate above-and-beyond actions, strengthen culture, and make positive impact visible.
